HTM 06-01 Compliance
Healthcare Technical Memorandum 06-01 sets the standard for electrical distribution in NHS facilities. Every design decision — from board specification to cable sizing and earthing arrangements — was validated against HTM requirements and independently verified before installation began.
Phased Programme Management
Works were sequenced around clinical rotas, maintenance windows and infection control protocols. Each phase was signed off by the Con-Tec project team and NHS Estates before energisation, with a full audit trail of test results and commissioning documentation passed to the Trust on completion.
