What electrical remedial works actually have to deliver

C1 dangerous findings that require immediate action
C1 observations present a risk of injury and must be addressed without delay. We provide a rapid response to C1 defect clearance — assessing the site, producing a scope and commencing works within a timeframe that removes the immediate danger.

A remedial schedule from an EICR you didn't commission
We carry out remedial works from EICRs produced by other inspectors, not just our own. We review the report, interpret the findings against the current installation and produce an accurate scope before any works commence.

Prioritising a large remedial schedule against a limited budget
Not every remedial programme can be addressed at once. We work with the estate manager to sequence C1 and C2 works against the available budget, providing interim risk control measures where necessary while the remedial programme is phased.

Re-certification after works are complete
Remedial works must be re-tested and an updated EICR or minor works certificate issued. We provide this documentation as a matter of course — so the building's compliance record is closed out at the end of every remedial visit.
